Ostavite na toplom mjestu 10 minuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dodajte maslinovo ulje, heljdino i glatko bra\u0161no i zamijesite kruh. Ja to najvi\u0161e volim raditi rukom, ali mo\u017eete i mikserom (nastavcima za tijesto)  ako ne volite ljepljive prste. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tijesto ostavite na toplom mjestu 20 minuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Upalite pe\u0107nicu na 250 stupnjeva. Dok se pe\u0107nica grije, u tijesto umijesite lanene sjemenke. U kalup za kruh stavite papir za pe\u010denje i u njega kruh. (Ja koristim kalup du\u017eine 25 cm, \u0161irine 12 cm i visine 6 cm.) Lagano  prema\u017eite kruh maslinovim uljem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dok se pe\u0107nica ugrije, stavite u nju heljdin kruh. Pecite ga na 250 stupnjeva deset minuta, zatim smanjite pe\u0107nicu na 200 stupnjeva. Nakon deset minuta, ponovno ju smanjite na 160 stupnjeva i ostavite kruh na toj temperaturi jo\u0161 40 minuta. Nakon toga ugasite pe\u0107nicu i otvorite lagano vrata te ostavite kruh u njoj jo\u0161 deset minuta (kako bi izbjegli da &#8220;sjedne&#8221;.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Izvadite kruh iz pe\u0107nice i kalupa i ostavite da se malo ohladi.
