Postoji li burek sa sirom? Vje\u010dna rasprava na Balkanu. Pa hajmo prvo na neke \u010dinjenice. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rije\u010d burek dolazi od turske rije\u010di &#8220;b\u00f6rek&#8221; i ozna\u010dava razli\u010dita jela od tankog tijesta tj. vu\u010denog tijesta.  Dopu\u0161teni su raznovrsni nadjevi, a naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i su  meso, sir, \u0161pinat i krumpir, ali postoje \u010dak i slatke verzije. Mo\u017ee biti razli\u010ditih veli\u010dina pa \u010dak i oblika. Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e se nadjev zamota u tijesto i zatim poslo\u017ei u spiralni oblik ili je pak napravljen od vi\u0161e slojeva tijesta izme\u0111u kojih se stavljaju slojevi nadjeva. Nastao je u vrijeme Osmanskog Carstva, a kasnije se pro\u0161irio i na podru\u010dje Balkana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kako smo mi ljudi razli\u010diti, tako su nastali i razli\u010diti nazivi za burek prilikom dolaska na balkanska podru\u010dja. Neki \u0107e &#8220;burek&#8221; nazivati samo burek s nadjevom od mesa, a ostale verzije dobivaju svoje nazive kao \u0161to su sirnica i krumpiru\u0161a, a neki \u0107e pak jednostavno re\u0107i burek s mesom i burek sa sirom. I to je sasvim uredu!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ono \u0161to nikako ne mogu razumjeti je da se ljudi me\u0111usobno vrije\u0111aju radi razli\u010ditih naziva. Za\u0161to jednostavno ne mo\u017eemo prihvatiti razli\u010ditosti? Isto tako ne razumijem da u dana\u0161nje vrijeme interneta, kada je toliko lako do\u0107i do informacija, ljudi \u010desto izmi\u0161ljaju neke &#8220;\u010dinjenice&#8221; koje nisu istinite i na temelju tih la\u017enih podataka se besramno raspravljaju s drugima. Dakle, prvo se informirajmo, a zatim mo\u017eemo ulaziti u neke raspravice. Ali samo one koje su zabavnog karaktera jer stvarno mislim da nema potrebe da se vrije\u0111amo i nazivamo pogrdnim imenima radi obi\u010dnog naziva jela koje \u010dak ni nije originalno na\u0161e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ali ono oko \u010dega se sigurno ve\u0107 sad svi mo\u017eemo slo\u017eiti je da je burek jako ukusan! Meni je najdra\u017ei kad je izvana hrskav, a iznutra so\u010dan. I iako je najbolji s doma\u0107im tijestom, nekad nemamo vremena za razvla\u010denje kora, ali nema potrebe da zato ne u\u017eivamo u njemu. Dok se luk prodinsta, dodati i za\u010dine; sol, papar i per\u0161in.Pred kraj dodati i nasjeckani \u010de\u0161njak.  Zalijati s \u010da\u0161om vode (ili jo\u0161 bolje temeljca) i ostaviti da kuha dok sva voda ne ispari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pomije\u0161ati vodu, mast i malo soli. (Ja stavljam toplu vodu kako bi se mast rastopila, a ako radite s uljem, mo\u017ee i hladna voda.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pleh premazati s malo masti. Prvo stavljamo listove tijesta; na dno stavljam 3-4 lista (ovisno o debljini) i izme\u0111u svakog lista polijevam s 2-3 \u017elice mje\u0161avine vode i masti. Zatim stavljamo sloj mesa pa ponovo 2-3 lista i tako ponavljamo postupak dok ne potro\u0161imo sve listove i meso. S ostatkom vode i masti prelijati cijeli burek prije pe\u010denja. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe\u0107i na 200 stupnjeva 30-40 minuta, ovisno o pe\u0107nici.
