A ako nemam sastojaka za neki od ta tri nadjeva, ponekad diganjku jednostavno napunim pekmezom ili pak \u010dokoladnim namazom. Ono \u0161to je najbitnije je kakvo je tijesto. Nema tog nadjeva koji \u0107e popraviti lo\u0161e tijesto diganjke. Probala sam puno recepata za diganjke, ali na kraju se uvijek vratim na onaj koji je zapisan u bilje\u017enici jedne starije dame. U zdjelu ubaciti sve mokre sastojke (osim maslaca), dodati i nado\u0161li kvasac te bra\u0161no pomije\u0161ano s pra\u0161kom za pecivo. Zamijesiti tijesto i dodavati maslac narezan na manje komadi\u0107e (idealno bi bilo da je sobne temperature, ali mo\u017ee i iz hladnjaka, samo se onda mora malo dulje mijesiti). Mijesiti sve dok se ne dobije glatko tijesto. Pokriti krpom i ostaviti da se di\u017ee na sobnoj temperaturi sve dok se ne udvostru\u010di (otprilike 1-2 sata, ovisno o kvascu).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tijesto razdijeliti na nekoliko dijelova ovisno o tome koliko \u017eelite da diganjke budu velike (ja razdijelim na 4 manja dijela). Razvaljati na pobra\u0161njeloj povr\u0161ini na debljinu otprilike 1 cm. Premazati nadjevom, zarolati, prebaciti u pleh i ostaviti da se di\u017ee nekih pola sata do sat vremena. Premazati razmu\u0107enim \u017eumanjkom i dvije \u017elice mlijeka i staviti u pe\u0107nicu na 180 stupnjeva. Pe\u0107i otprilike 40 minuta (ali vrijeme pe\u010denja jako ovisi o tome kakva je pe\u0107nica). Po potrebi, ako se diganjke prerano za\u017eare, prekriti folijom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>BONUS SAVJET: Nakon pe\u010denja diganjke okrenuti naopa\u010dke i ostaviti da se tako hlade. Dodati margarin, rum i \u0161e\u0107er.
