Mije\u0161ati na laganoj vatri dok ne zgusne. Kada zgusne, umije\u0161ati kakao i \u0161e\u0107er. Maknuti s vatre i ostaviti 5 minuta da se hladi uz povremeno mije\u0161anje. Umiksati protein prah. Rasporediti smjesu u kalup oblo\u017een prijanjaju\u0107om folijom. Ostaviti da se ohladi prvo na sobnoj temperaturi, a zatim u hladnjaku sve dok ne postane potpuno \u010dvrsto. Prebaciti na dasku za rezanje i razrezati na \u017eeljeni oblik.
